Have you tried 5 Minute French Manicure Pen Set By Sally Hansen?

The stickers glue sticks to my nail and the white pen tip is running under the sticker.

You could try using water soluble acrylic white paint instead. You get them in art shops and places that sell model kits. I came across the idea when I had run out of black nail polish and so tried using black paint polished over with clear nail polish. I've tried doing a french manicure once with white paint and it works well since the small paint brushes give you better control.
