i'm getting a manicure for my birthday. I was hoping to get something creative, and sea/ocean inspired. I want it to look clean, tho, and not too busy. I'm a teen, with darkish skin, if that helps. thanks:)Any ideas for a clean creative manicure?
Try doing a clear bottom and do the tips baby blue with a small swirl of a light red...coral color!
