Walgreens drug stores sell kits with tip guides that work great and are easy to use and look just like u went to da salon. Da brand name is Broadway and they keep them with the manicure tools section. Barely Buff is the best shade, the french pink comes out too pink. If you go to a store that sells nail polish, next to the nail art they have ';stickers'; that you can place on your nail so that your line comes out evenly. Try that and hopefully it will work.
File your nails first
Put on a clear base coat
Put on a two coats of pale pink
Paint the tips white
Put a top coat of clear nail polish to seal in the manicure and keeps it from chipping.
Sally Henson has a really nice DIY yourself kit that you can buy at almost any drug store. I have used it a few times on my toes and it turned out really nicely.
