Sally Hansen Brand Manicure pens are sold at target, walmart, k-mart, local drug stores etc...
They run between $5.00-$10.00
Sally Hansen also makes a French manicure crayon pencil that you use under your nail to make the tips a solid white. The effect is subtle, but you can't mess it up. They sell them at Walgreens so I assume it would be available elsewhere.
