How do i do a d.i.y manicure?

whenever i try to manicure my fingers i get on fine untill i get to putting on the white nail polish. i put on the pink, leave it to dry completely then put on the white strip but after i paint the white on i take off the strip and it takes half the pink paint with it! how do i stop theis??? please help quickly !!How do i do a d.i.y manicure?

Well the strips are the problem NOT the pink. what u have to do is put tape on ur whole finger but leave a little strip that does not have tape on it once the pink is completly dry(let pink sit for an hour) then take off the tape and enjoy! Works for me! If it does not work for u try this website and it has other ideas.

do the white first, then take the strip off, let it dry, then put the pink over it. the pink is usually translucent so the while will show through.
better nail polish (better nail polish DOES stay better!) and less-sticky tape. try masking tape.
