Who cares? If you like to be neat and clean, what do you care what people think? I'd rather have a b/f who has his nails and toes manicured than one who has nasty, crusty feet and toes!!
It's absolutely ok unless they're having them painted! lol I know a lot of guys that do that and they're not 'funny' at all. It just feels really good and relaxing so why shouldn't they be able to enjoy it too:)
