What to expect for my first manicure? ?

How much should it cost, do I need to bring anything? Any other important details please listWhat to expect for my first manicure? ?
my first one wasn't too pleasant.

but that was because we had to hurry extremely and the store was closing.

but it usually takes a while.

if you're getting fake nails [the french manicure] like me this is what mainly happens --

they shave down your nail (to thing them)

they also cut your cuticles

^ for both of those things sometimes you'll bleed and it might hurt... but not always.

then they glue on these real long plastic fake nails and then litterally just snip them down with nail scissors.

then they just paint them, gloss them, buff them, do whatever else they need to

%26amp;for extra money they might give you a little design on one of your nails.

you don't need to bring anything and the cost always depends, so i can't really answer that... sorry.

but just relax it's not bad - it's supposed to be enjoyable so just sit back and enjoy as they get to working on your nails :-)

p.s. this may not count for ALL nail places, but usually it smells A LOT like chemicals, it may bother some people, but it's not that bad :-)

so no worries!

best of luck.
