Absolutely NOT!! Do what you like. Personally, my toes and fingers almost never match each other and most of the time I don't even have all 10 fingers the same.

no,just pick colors in the same color palette. like light pink nails and dark pink toes. or vice versa. or you can just get whatever you want. its not like an outfit. so do whatever you want =)
if u get color on ur hands u have to get that same color on ur feel, unless u choose to get french tip, that matches everything.
