I have a couple thick callouses on my my hand at the bottom of my middle finger on the inside of my hand from weightlifting. what is the best way to get rid of the callouses? I was told a manicure I only your fingernails so it would'nt do me any good. is this true or not?Does a manicure remove callouses?
